AWARD Trainer MUGURE MUIGAI- SHIKALI

Mugure is a Leadership & Ethics Consultant. She is a member of the National Leadership and Integrity thematic working group of the Multi-sectoral Initiative against Corruption in Kenya. She has sat on several Boards among them the Ethical Leadership Network board, the Kenyan Boards of Visible Grace, and Education for All Children. She is currently the Secretary-General for Progressive Leadership Forum and the Founder & Executive Director at Ethics Core. Mugure has won several awards including the Barney Servant Leadership award, the Leadership and Character Award from Africa Nazarene University, and named poem Laureate of Africa Nazarene University. Her area of expertise is leadership, ethics, strategy, corporate governance, and organisation management. She has over 15 years of experience having consulted for global organisation in the Africa region, worked as Executive Director at Ethical Leadership Network, Managing Director at Visible Grace, and held different management roles at Africa Nazarene University. She holds a BSc in Computer Science, is due for the final defense of her MBA research, and MA in Ethics and Organisational Leadership. She is passionate about growing ethical leaders for Africa.

AWARD Trainer Albert Sindi

Albert Tsindi is a Plant Breeder with special interest in breeding for adaptation and resilience to biotic and abiotic stresses in the face of Climate Change. He Holds a PhD in Plant Breeding from West Africa Center for Crop Improvement, University of Ghana, an MSc in Plant Breeding from Makerere University (Uganda), an MSc in Strategic Management from Chinhoyi University of Technology (Zimbabwe) and A BSc Honors Degree in Agriculture (Crop Science) from University of Zimbabwe. Albert is also an accredited MBTI practitioner. Albert has more than 15 yearsโ€™ experience working both in Public and Private organizations. Currently he is a Scientist with International Crops Research Institute for Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) based in Zimbabwe. He aims to be a leading breeder who is able to nurture, train, and mentor the next generation of African plant breeders, scientists, and policymakers. Albert also has a great passion in Capacity Development and has so far trained more than 600 African Scientist and Practitioners in leadership and Science Skills. He brings a passion and vast experience in leadership training, team building, mentoring, and curriculum development.
