Dr. Douglas Ouma

Organisational Development Expert, Retouch Africa International (RAI)

Douglas Ouma is an organizational development expert. He has over 20 years of experience in project management, development communication, organizational development, training and research, and environmental assessment and management. He has designed and implemented several capacity development programs in sub-Saharan Africa, and worked as a consultant for USAID – Feed the Future, World Bank, European Union, the East African Community, World Wide Fund for Nature, Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa, and the Association for Strengthening Agricultural Research in East and Central Africa. Mr. Ouma holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the African Nazarene University, Kenya, an MPhil in Environmental Studies from Moi University, Kenya, and a BSc in Information Sciences from the same institution. Having conducted consultancy assignments within government departments, and local and international non-profit organizations in agriculture, he brings to the ATEAM extensive knowledge on training skills, leadership, strategic planning, and monitoring and evaluation
Mr. Douglas Ouma

Dr. Florence Wandabwa Ambayo

Clinical Psychologist, Coach and Training Consultant

Ms. Florence Wandabwa Ambayo is a highly skilled clinical psychologist (PsyD) with over 15 years of experience. She is a life coach, lecturer, seasoned trainer and facilitator, an MBTI certified practitioner, and a gifted singer. She helped set up a vibrant office for the Haggai Leadership Institute in Kenya and worked with GIZ, an implementing partner for UNHCR, as a mental health expert. She also worked as a trauma expert covering 13 countries in the Greater Horn of Africa region. She has facilitated numerous workshops on leadership and mental health issues and is a highly sought-after singer, presenter, and motivational speaker. Ms. Ambayo has excellent training skills, honed through the delivery of facilitation, lectures, and experiential learning sessions, with a keen awareness of cultural and diversity issues. As part of the ATEAM, Florence facilitates the flagship leadership and mentoring courses.
Ms. Florence Wandabwa Ambayo

Professor Ivy Drafor-Amenyah

Associate Professor Pentecost University College

Rev. Prof. Ivy Drafor-Amenyah is an Associate Professor in Agricultural Economics (Pentecost University College), an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, and the Lead Training Consultant at Agenda Inspirations. She has also worked in other universities, and international organizations including the World Bank, FAO, and GIZ. She mainly conducts research in the areas of food security, urban/rural disparity, qualitative and quantitative social research. She has served as an online coach in proposal writing for IFPRI, managed inter-disciplinary research teams, and is a reviewer for a number of international peer-reviewed journals. She provides counseling for individuals and teams and has a passion for developing young people. Rev. Prof. Drafor holds both a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Guelph, Canada, and is an MBTI® certified leadership development practitioner. She brings to the ATEAM over 20 years of experience as a trainer, coach, mentor, researcher, and facilitator.
Professor Ivy Drafor-amenyah

Sepiso Mungandi

District Agricultural Coordinator, Ministry of Agriculture, Zambia

Ms. Sepiso Mungandi is a District Agricultural Coordinator under the Ministry of Agriculture in Zambia. Having worked in the agricultural sector since 2006, she has vast experience in farm management and entrepreneurship, as well as management and leadership skills. She also possesses competencies in facilitation, curriculum, and training manuals development, acquired through many years of conducting induction training and refresher courses while working with the Zambian Ministry of Agriculture. Ms. Mungandi holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Commerce from Massey University, New Zealand, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Zambia. She is a mentor and coach to a number of young people through the work she does under a non-profit organization she co-founded known as, May-One Connect Foundation. Within A-TEAM, she facilitates the leadership and mentoring series.
