Pamela Yieke

Training Consultant

Pamela is an experienced trainer, facilitator, Executive Coach and Leadership consultant. She has worked with diverse groups globally in the Corporate, N.G.O and Government sectors for over 25 years, both as an employee and now self-employed at her own firm. Her area of expertise is leadership & self - development and organizational performance improvement programs, including behavioural and attitude change. Pamela is an associate trainer with various organizations, including UFacilitate; Career Connections Executive Coach Associate among others. Pamela specializes in Leadership, mentoring and coaching. She is an internationally accredited Executive Coach (AoEC), Leadership Circle profile and Collective leadership assessment Practioner with The Leadership Circle (TLC); Emotional Intelligence Practioner, certified by Multi-Health Systems (MHS); Myers Briggs Type Indicator personality assessment Certified by JvR and Trained in Group Facilitation Skills by Community at work.
Benjamin Kamoye

MUGURE MUIGAI

Leadership & Governance Consultant

She is a member of the National Leadership and Integrity thematic working group of the Multi-sectoral Initiative against Corruption in Kenya. She has sat on several Boards among them the Ethical Leadership Network board, the Kenyan Boards of Visible Grace, and Education for All Children. She is currently the Secretary-General for Progressive Leadership Forum. Mugure has won several awards including the Barney Servant Leadership award, the Leadership and Character Award from Africa Nazarene University, and named poem Laureate of Africa Nazarene University. Her area of expertise is leadership, ethics, strategy, corporate governance, and organization management. Mugure has over 10 years of experience having worked as Executive Director at Ethical Leadership Network, Managing Director at Visible Grace, held different management roles at Africa Nazarene University as well as consulted for several organizations. She holds a BSc in Computer Science, is due for the final defense of her MBA research, and is currently undertaking a MA in Ethics and Organisational Leadership. Mugure has trained: The Board of Directors of the Association of Media Women in Kenya, I&M Bank Managers, The Apollo Group Managers, Speak to Africa Organization, The Leadership Academy Staff, and Jamii Bora Bank members. She has developed policy and strategic documents and plans for Visible Grace Kenya, Student Leadership Development Network, Africa Nazarene University, as well as the Association of Media Women in Kenya. She co-developed the mentoring handbook for the Ethical Leadership Network. She has trained student leaders from Multimedia University, Africa Nazarene University, Kimathi University, Jomo Kenyatta University, and Kabarak University. She is passionate about young people, women, and Africa. Her ministry is in mentoring newlywed couples and running leadership programs for young people and women.
Mugure Muigai

Dr. Maria G. Nassuna-Musoke

Veterinarian and Senior Lecturer, College of Veterinary Medicine and Biosecurity, Makerere University, Uganda

Dr. Maria G. Nassuna-Musoke is a veterinarian and senior lecturer at the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biosecurity, Makerere University, Uganda. She specializes in animal reproduction, obstetrics, gynecology, and assisted reproductive technologies. Her key areas of research include efficient and effective agricultural production systems. She is a recipient of a grant from the Sida-funded AgriFoSe, a programme that seeks to transform practices toward more efficient use of human, financial, and natural resources. She is also a facilitator and trainer with the Gender-responsive Researchers Equipped for Agricultural Transformation (GREAT) program of Makerere and Cornell Universities. Dr. Nassuna-Musoke holds a Doctorate in Crop and Animal Production from Georg-August Universität, Göttingen, Germany, and a Master’s degree in Animal Reproductive Physiology. She is a also Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified practitioner. She is an accomplished trainer in facilitating change processes, team building, strategic planning, process documentation and design, and implementation of project monitoring and evaluation, and brings to the A-TEAM over 15 years of experience in scientific, gender, mentoring, and coaching skills.
