Associate Professor Ivy Drafor-Amenyah

An associate professor of Agricultural Economics, been online coach for Proposal Writing for International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), has several certificates in leadership, presentation, been involved in preparing proposals at local and international levels. A Trainer, Speaker, Author, Pastor and Coach. At AWARD, I train in Leadership, Mentoring, Science and LEPARD.

AWARD Trainer MUGURE MUIGAI- SHIKALI

Ms. Mugure is a Leadership & Governance Consultant. She is a member of the National Leadership and Integrity thematic working group of the Multi-sectoral Initiative against Corruption in Kenya. She has sat on several Boards, among them the Ethical Leadership Network board, the Kenyan Boards of Visible Grace, and Education for All Children. She is currently the Secretary-General for the Progressive Leadership Forum. Mugure has won several awards, including the Barney Servant Leadership Award, the Leadership and Character Award from Africa Nazarene University, and named poem Laureate of Africa Nazarene University. Her area of expertise is leadership, ethics, strategy, corporate governance, and organization management. Mugure has over 10 years of experience, having worked as Executive Director at Ethical Leadership Network and Managing Director at Visible Grace, held different management roles at Africa Nazarene University as well as consulted for several organizations. She holds a BSc in Computer Science, is due for the final defence of her MBA research, and is currently undertaking an MA in Ethics and Organisational Leadership. Ms. Mugure has trained The Board of Directors of the Association of Media Women in Kenya, I&M Bank Managers, The Apollo Group Managers, Speak to Africa Organization, The Leadership Academy Staff, and Jamii Bora Bank members. She has developed policy and strategic documents and plans for Visible Grace Kenya, Student Leadership Development Network, Africa Nazarene University, as well as the Association of Media Women in Kenya. She co-developed the mentoring handbook for the Ethical Leadership Network. She has trained student leaders from Multimedia University, Africa Nazarene University, Kimathi University, Jomo Kenyatta University, and Kabarak University. She is passionate about young people, women, and Africa. Her ministry is mentoring newlywed couples and running leadership programs for young people and women.
