Pamela Yieke

Training Consultant

Pamela is an experienced trainer, facilitator, Executive Coach and Leadership consultant. She has worked with diverse groups globally in the Corporate, N.G.O and Government sectors for over 25 years, both as an employee and now self-employed at her own firm. Her area of expertise is leadership & self - development and organizational performance improvement programs, including behavioural and attitude change. Pamela is an associate trainer with various organizations, including UFacilitate; Career Connections Executive Coach Associate among others. Pamela specializes in Leadership, mentoring and coaching. She is an internationally accredited Executive Coach (AoEC), Leadership Circle profile and Collective leadership assessment Practioner with The Leadership Circle (TLC); Emotional Intelligence Practioner, certified by Multi-Health Systems (MHS); Myers Briggs Type Indicator personality assessment Certified by JvR and Trained in Group Facilitation Skills by Community at work.

Sepiso Mungandi

District Agricultural Coordinator

Ms. Sepiso Mungandi is a District Agricultural Coordinator under the Ministry of Agriculture in Zambia. Having worked in the agricultural sector since 2006, she has vast experience in farm management and entrepreneurship, as well as management and leadership skills. She also possesses competencies in facilitation, curriculum, and training manuals development, acquired through many years of conducting induction training and refresher courses while working with the Zambian Ministry of Agriculture. Ms. Mungandi holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Commerce from Massey University, New Zealand, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Zambia. She is a mentor and coach to a number of young people through the work she does under a non-profit organization she co-founded known as, May-One Connect Foundation. Within A-TEAM, she facilitates the leadership and mentoring series.

Dr. Salome Gitoho

Mediator, Trainer, Facilitator, Consultant, Lecturer

Dr. Salome Gitoho is an Author; Mediator, Trainer, Facilitator; Leadership, OD, Governance and HR Consultant and a University lecturer. She has over thirty years’ experience and has carried out training for diverse teams in Burundi, Cameroon, DRC, Dubai, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania. Her working career has been in various sectors and fields with the government, public, private, International NGO, hospitality sectors, consultancy and academia. In employment she served at leadership level in the functions of HR, Operations, Quality and Standards, Strategy and Business Development. Dr. Gitoho holds a Doctorate in Business Administration in Leadership and Organizational change, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management both from USIU-A, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Punjab University and is a Certified Public Secretary of Kenya CPS (K), a Certified MBTI Practitioner in Africa and a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM). She is a Fellow- Institute of Human Resource Management Kenya (FIHRM-K), Fellow Kenya Institute of Management (FKIM), Member Professional Trainers of Kenya (PTAK) and member Institute of Directors (IODK) and sits on several Boards. Dr. Gitoho is a Rotary International Diplomat and currently serves as the Rotary Representative to UNESCO. She is inspired by Abraham Lincoln’s words ‘I am a success today because I had a friend who believed in me and I did not have the heart to let him down...”

Dr. Siaka Coulibaly

Dr. Coulibaly is a language, cross-culture and diversity training specialist. He worked for the Peace Corps in Burkina Faso, mainly involved in training and preparing volunteers and host communities to accept, live and work together despite their cultural differences, for several years. Prior to that, he was a secondary school teacher. Siaka has also worked for other organizations involved in training activities such as Trade (Training for Development) and CFALC (Centre de Formation pour Adultes en Langues et Culture) and ICRAF. Siaka hold a Master of Arts degree from University of Ouagadougou. He brings a wealth of experience to the TEAM in leadership, mentoring and diversity and Inclusion.
